中市3運轉中心 優先蓋

為串聯台中市交通，台中市政府推動8大轉運站，希望解決當地周邊的交通問題並強化各地區的都市發展。市長林佳龍表示，水湳轉運中心將與國道客運及規劃中的雙港輕軌結合，並搭配國道客運專用匝道與高速公路銜接，以減少對平面車流的干擾；豐原轉運中心將兼具轉運及停車場功能，提供轉運功能並滿足停車需求，而台中火車站前將規劃台中轉運中心，結合鐵路高架、市區公車及iBike等，打造市中心區多元複合式運輸中心。

市府推動8大轉運中心，包括大甲、沙鹿、水湳、豐原、朝馬、台中、烏日與霧峰等8站點，其中優先辦理水湳、豐原及台中轉運中心。林佳龍表示，台中市鐵公路系統發達，但缺乏能夠完全串連的大眾運輸系統，或完整的公車路網，因此透過轉運站的設置，可望串連交通及鐵公路網，讓進入台中市的交通路線能快速轉乘，讓台中市的交通更為便捷。

交通局昨（7）日在市政會議中針對「3大轉運中心規劃」進行專案報告。交通局長王義川表示，市府計畫推動八大轉運中心，該計畫包括水湳、豐原及台中轉運中心，由於這3處地點位於台中市的重要交通樞紐，因此優先辦理。

王義川表示指出，水湳轉運中心位於國道與台74旁，是國道客運進入市區的攔截點，市府將打造此中心為國道、市區公車及雙港輕軌的轉運樞紐；豐原轉運中心位於豐原火車站東側，將作為山城地區的重要轉運樞紐；而台中轉運中心則位處鐵道、公路客運及市區公車的匯集處，也是市中心區複合式運輸中心，由於假日期間火車站附近交通易壅塞，預計該中心的設置可讓鐵路與市區公車具有良好的轉運機制，有助解決當前問題。

林佳龍指出，未來2年將是台中交通的重要階段，也可能將經歷交通黑暗期，因此交通管理格外重要，包括交通號誌標線檢討，交流道與附近塞車地區的改善。

林市長除強調義交、交通軟硬體等的提升外，並指出要讓民眾了解市府規劃的內容，才能一同度過交通黑暗期。

副市長林陵三指出，水湳轉運中心建置預計4年後正式發揮功能，因此建議在1年半內在水湳基地內找尋是否有可用的土地興建臨時的轉運中心，先解決台中市的交通。（如圖）
